I am a Service-Connected Veteran and founder of DeLaRosa & Company, a Veteran-owned business dedicated to housing transformation, workforce empowerment, and systems change.

I bridge strategic rigor with human-centered outcomes - helping organizations move beyond referrals and paperwork to design systems that truly work for Veterans, their families, and caregivers.
